Refund policy

At Spacegoods, your satisfaction is our priority. You have 30 days from receipt to request a return.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, with all tags attached, in their original packaging. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. To request authorization, email support@flowpics.pics. Returns sent without prior authorization are not accepted. After approval, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions.

Return Shipping Fee

If your product arrives damaged, is incorrect or does not work, Spacegoods covers return or exchange shipping. For returns or exchanges for personal reasons, the customer pays return shipping.

Refunds

We will inspect your return and notify you whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional processing time. If your refund has not arrived after 10 business days from confirmation, contact support@flowpics.pics.
